Doug J. Patrick - President
Mr. Patrick has over twenty years of real estate financial management experience, allowing him to monitor the company’s financial position along with overseeing marketing and human resource departments. Mr. Patrick directly manages Emericon Builders internal controls and financial implementation strategies. Prior to coming to Emericon he served as a District Manager for Merrit Property Management. Mr. Patrick holds his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Southern California.

Brian S. Snell - Vice President - Operations
Mr. Snell is oversees our operations management team.  He is responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver Emericon Builders products/services.  He comes to the company with over ten years of senior management experience and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from California State University - Fullerton. Mr. Snell is also the Co-Founder of California Income Property and currently maintains a license as a Real Estate Agent in the State of California where he is an active member of the National, California, & Pacific West Association of Realtors.
